Exploring the benefits of Argan oil
If you have not heard about Argan oil, then where have you been? Beweavers everywhere are talking about the benefits of Argan oil, but what’s all the fuss about and how does it help the weave?
Many people call Argan oil, liquid gold, because of its rich golden colour and fantastic nutritional benefits. Argan oil comes from a little fruit which grows on an organ tree. Inside the fruit is a small nut that when pressed gives us Argan oil. This precious oil is commonly used as a dietary supplement, for wound healing, rash relief, and to nourish skin and hair.

Argan Oil Nut

Argan oil is great for any many different human hair types like, coarse, thin, dry hair or damaged hair, which includes both natural hair and hair human hair extensions. Argan oil is specifically great for the following hair usages:
Scalp: Healthy hair comes from a healthy scalp, but healthy extensions need maintenance. Even though your weave or wig hair is not growing out of your own scalp, it is very important to keep your scalp healthy. Dirt and dandruff that may accumulate on your scalp can make its way onto your hair extensions and cause your weave to become oily. When Argan oil is applied to a clean, dry scalp it has the ability to decrease dandruff by keeping the scalp well moisturised. This means less dandruff formation on your scalp and less damage caused to your weave!
Breakages: Often dry and damaged hair will look dull and limp, but an application of argan oil can reduce visual hair damage caused by split ends. It can also help restore heat damaged hair and will give your human hair extensions great elasticity and a healthy natural shine. Arian oil also helps protect against damage caused by electronic styling tools, hair dryers, curlers and flat irons.
Promotes hair growth: It is very important to look after your natural hair underneath your weave and by applying Argan oil to the scalp. The vitamin A, vitamin E, antioxidants, Omega-6 fatty acids, and linoleic acid found in argan oil will help improve the strength and overall health of your natural hair. Depending on the thickness, texture, condition, and length of your hair, you may need anywhere from 1 drop to 3 drops.
Leave-In Conditioner & Styling: Unlike other hair products, Argan oils non-greasy factor makes it a great leave-in conditioner. Using it as a leave-in conditioner will make your hair easier to style and will help tame fly-aways and frizzy hair.

Use Hair by Sisi Argan Oil Treatment to reduce frizz caused by bad weather.
Overnight Deep Conditioning Treatment: If your human hair extensions are dry and brittle, use argon oil once a week to perform an overnight deep conditioning treatment. Warm 4-10 drops in your hands before massaging into your hair. Continue applying all the way down to the ends of your hair. Then gently twist your weave hair, and place it in a shower cap, then firmly wrap your head scarf to secure your shower cap in place. Your natural body heat retained in the shower cap will help the oil to penetrate into the hair, while keeping your pillowcase product free. In the morning, wash your human hair weave, and rinse until all residue is gone.

If you have dandruff or dry scalp, do an overnight treatment twice a week until the dandruff is gone. Continue on with weekly treatments, or as needed.
Remember that argon oil can be used on your human hair extensions and on your natural hair. By performing an Argan oil treatment, shampooing and conditioning your human hair extensions at least once a week, your weave will not only look great, but it will last you longer.
